A1 الرشيدي، نواف خلف ناجي A2 معرفي، فاطمة عبد الواحد AB تهدف الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى إدارة العمليات الإدارية وفق مدى الرشد باتخاذ القرار لدى القادة الأكاديميين والإداريين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واختيرت عينة الدارسة وفق طريقة العينة المتيسرة وكانت بحجم (193) قائدا تربويا ذكورا وإناثا، واعتمد مقياس مكون من (30) فقرة لمعرفة مستوى إدارة العمليات الإدارية وفق مدى الرشد باتخاذ القرار لدى القادة الأكاديميين والإداريين، وتحقق الباحثان من صدق الأداة وثباتها ، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن مستوى إدارة العمليات الإدارية وفق مدى الرشد باتخاذ القرار لدى القادة الأكاديميين والإداريين كان مرتفعا، وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مستوى إدارة العمليات الإدارية وفق مدى الرشد باتخاذ القرار بحسب متغير الجنس، نوع الوظيفة، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة كان من أهم التوصيات وجوب تعزيز التواصل بين القادة الأكاديميين والإداريين لضمان تداول المعلومات بفعالية في الهيئة، والاستمرار في تطبيق نظام فعال لتقويم أداء العمليات الإدارية وإتخاذ القرار. To achieve the study objectives, the researchers employed a descriptive-analytical methodology. The study sample consisted of 193 leaders. It was selected using a convenient sampling method. A scale comprising 30 items was utilized to identify the level of administrative operations management based on the maturity in decision-making among academic and administrative leaders. The researchers ensured the reliability and validity of the tool. The study yielded several significant results, with a notable finding indicating a high level of administrative operations management based on the maturity in decision-making among academic and administrative leaders. Furthermore, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study participants regarding the level of administrative operations management based on the maturity in decision-making, considering variables such as gender, job type, educational qualification, and years of experience. Based on the study's findings, key recommendations included the promotion of communication between academic and administrative leaders to ensure effective information exchange within the institution.
