A1 عبابنة، صالح أحمد أمين A2 العنزي، فهد حمود AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف واقع الإستثمار في الجامعات السعودية وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات (الجامعة والرتبة الأكاديمية)، وقد إستخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (309) قادة أكاديميين من الجامعات السعودية العامة إختيرت بطريقة العينة العنقودية العشوائية الممثلة لمجتمع الدارسة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير إستبانة والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع الإستثمار في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية جاء بدرجة متوسطة في كل مجالات الدراسة التي اشتملت على خصخصة الجامعات، وتدويل الجامعات، والطلبة الدوليين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس الدوليين، والتدريس، والبحث العلمي، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الإستثمار في الجامعات السعودية تبعا لمتغيري الجامعة والرتبة الأكاديمية. The study sample consisted of (309) academic leaders from Public Saudi Arabia Universities, which were selected using a random cluster sampling method representing the study population. To accomplish the purpose of study, a questionnaire was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the study indicated that the reality of the application of investment development in Saudi universities and its relationship to some variables from the point of view of academic leaders came to a medium degree for all its domains: privatization of universities, the internationalization of universities, international students and international faculty members, teaching, and scientific research. The result also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic average of the study sample members perceptions of the reality of the application investment development in the public Saudi Universities according to the variables of the university and the academic rank.
