A1 آل طالب، علي بن إبراهيم بن محمد AB تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أبعاد التكامل الإداري بين رؤساء الأقسام العلمية وعمداء الكليات بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، في مجالات التخطيط والتنظيم والتنفيذ والتقويم، ومعرفة المعوقات التي تحد من تحقيقه وأهم المقترحات التي تسهم في تطويره، واتبعت المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (19) عميدا و(73) رئيس قسم، وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة أن أهم أبعاد تحقيق التكامل الإداري هو بُعد التنفيذ ثم بُعد التنظيم، ثم بُعد التخطيط، ويأتي في المرتبة الأخيرة بُعد التقويم، وأن أهم معوقات تحقيق التكامل الإداري تتمثل في ضغوط العمل التي يتعرض لها كل من العميد ورئيس القسم، وكذلك نقص التسهيلات والمتطلبات المادية والبشرية التي تحتاج إليها الكلية إضافة إلى تسارع وكثرة صدور القرارات واللوائح المنظمة للعمل الإداري، وأن أهم المقترحات لتحقيق التكامل الإداري تتمثل في توعية العمداء ورؤساء الأقسام بأهمية التكامل الإداري وتوفير قاعدة بيانات ومعلومات عن الكلية والأقسام وتحفيز العمداء ورؤساء الأقسام بالعمل المشترك. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aims to; identify the dimensions of achieving administrative integration in the following areas (planning, organizing, executing, evaluating), the obstacles preventing administrative integration achievement and the right approach to overcome these obstacles for heads of scientific departments and colleges’ deans at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. The research used descriptive survey curriculum and questionnaires as a study tool. The study sample consisted of 19 deans and 73 heads of department. The research concluded several results and the most important of which are: the level of importance of the previous dimensions to achieve administrative integration is firstly the execution dimension, followed by the organizing dimension, then the planning dimension and finally the evaluation dimension. Also, the major obstacles to achieving administrative integration are work pressures facing both deans and department heads, the lack of facilities, material and human resources needed in the college and the rapid issuance of decisions and regulations governing administrative work. Therefore, the most effective approaches to overcome these obstacles to achieve administrative integration are: raise awareness among deans and department heads about the importance of administrative integration, provide the necessary databases and information about the college and departments and motivating deans and department heads to work collaboratively.
