A1 القرني، عبد الله بن حوفان مكين A2 الهادي، شرف إبراهيم AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق إدارة المواهب في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة العرضيات من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واستخدمت المنهج المزجي بأسلوبه التتابعي التفسيري، وتكونت العينة من (102) من المعلمين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية وتمثل (35.2%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال أدوات كمية (الاستبانات)، وأدوات نوعية (المقابلات). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع ممارسة إدارة المواهب في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة العرضيات جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأوصت الدراسة بإنشاء وحدة مستقلة تُعنى بقياس ومتابعة مستوى إدارة المواهب على مستوى وزارة التعليم، وإدارات التعليم، والمدارس، والتأكد من التوجه الصحيح لمسارات إدارة الموهوبين من المعلمين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of talent management in secondary schools in Al-Ardiyat Governorate from the teachers' point of view, and used the mixed approach in its explanatory sequential style, and the sample consisted of (102) teachers who were randomly selected and represent (35.2%) of the study population, and the data was collected through quantitative tools (questionnaires), and qualitative tools (interviews), and the results of the study found that the reality of the practice of talent management in secondary schools in Al-Ardiyat Governorate came to an average degree. The study recommended the establishment of an independent unit concerned with measuring and following up the level of talent management at the level of the Ministry of Education, education departments, and schools, and ensuring the correct direction of the paths of managing talented teachers.
