A1 خضر، عادل سعد يوسف A2 دسوقي، شيرين محمد A2 النقيب، إيناس فهمي فهمي A2 السيد، شيماء محمد كمال محمد بدر AB تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة الأبعاد السائدة لكل من الذكاء الروحي وجودة الحياة وتقدير الذات لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية الفنية التجارية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية الفنية التجارية بمدارس محافظة بورسعيد والتي بلغت (500) معلمة ومعلما منهم (300) معلمة، (200) معلما، وكانت أعمارهم تتراوح بين (46-59) عاما بمتوسط حسابي قدره (52.0280)، وانحراف معياري قدره (9.72833) وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية لعام (2021-2022م). واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الذكاء الروحي المتكامل (إعداد أمرام ودراير Amram & Dryer 2007) تعريب وتقنين بشرى أرنوط (2013)، مقياس جودة الحياة (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس تقدير الذات (إعداد الباحثة). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أعلى بعد من أبعاد الذكاء الروحي السائدة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية الفنية التجارية كانت الحقيقة وكانت نسبتها (29.41%) ومتوسط حسابي قيمته (59)، أعلى بُعد من أبعاد جودة الحياة السائدة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية الفنية التجارية كان المجال العام لجودة الحياة وكانت نسبته (28.40%) ومتوسط حسابي قيمته (47)، أعلى بُعد من أبعاد تقدير الذات السائدة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية الفنية التجارية كانت الثقة بالنفس وكانت نسبتها (26.19%) ومتوسط حسابي قيمته (46). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aims to know the prevailing dimensions of spiritual intelligence, quality of life, and self-esteem of secondary commercial technical secondary school teachers. The study sample consisted of (500) female and male teachers, including (300) female teachers, (200) as a teacher. Their ages ranged between (46-59) with a mean of (52.0280), and standard deviation was (9.72833). And they were randomly selected for the year 2021-2022, and the researcher used the integrated spiritual intelligence scale (prepared by Amram & Dryer (2007) Arabization and codification of Bushra Arnaut (2013), quality of life scale (prepared by the researcher), and self-esteem scale (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study concluded that the highest dimension of spiritual intelligence prevalent among teachers of commercial technical secondary school was the truth, and its percentage was (29.41%). And an arithmetic mean of (59), the highest dimension of the quality of life prevalent among the technical secondary school teachers, was the general domain of the quality of life (28.40%), and an arithmetic mean of (47), the highest dimension of the self-esteem dimensions prevalent among the technical secondary school teachers. The commercial self-confidence rate was (26.19%) and its mean value was (46).
