A1 علام، عباس راغب A2 حال، محمد محمد A2 نعمة، شريهان محمد صديق عبد الحميد AB يهدف البحث إلى تعرف فاعلية برنامج قائم على التعلم الإلكتروني في تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية لتنمية مهارات الخريطة والتعلم الذاتي لدى التلاميذ المعاقين بصريا بالمرحلة الابتدائية. وللتحقق من هدف البحث تم إعداد قائمة ببعض مهارات الخريطة لتلاميذ الصف الرابع الابتدائي وهي: (مهارات معرفة مكونات الخريطة - مهارات تحديد الاتجاهات على الخريطة) وتم إعداد دليل المعلم لوحدتي الوحدة الأولى (الطبيعة في بلدي) والوحدة الثانیة: السكان فى بلدي وفق برنامج إلكتروني ناطق لتنمية مهارات التعلم الذاتي لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الابتدائي المعاقين بصريا واختبار لقياس بعض مهارات التعلم الذاتي لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الابتدائي المعاقين بصريا. وتكونت عينة البحث من (25) تلميذ وتلميذة من مدارس النور للمكفوفين في محافظات بورسعيد ودمياط والسويس والإسماعيلية وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث عليهم خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي (2021-2022)، وقد أظهرت النتائج فاعلية استخدام البرنامج الإلكتروني الناطق لتنمية مهارات التعلم الذاتي لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الابتدائي المعاقين بصريا. To verify the objective of the research, a list of some map skills was prepared for the fourth grade students, which are: (Skills for knowing the components of the map - skills for determining directions on the map) and a teacher’s guide was prepared for the first units (Nature in my country) and the second unit: the population in my country according to a speaking electronic program to develop the self-learning skills of the visually-impaired fourth-grade primary students and a test to measure some self-learning skills among the visually-impaired fourth-grade primary students. The research sample consisted of (25) male and female students from Al-Nour schools for the blind in the governorates Port Said, Damietta, Suez and Ismailia, and the current research tools were applied to them during the first semester of the school year, and the results showed the effectiveness of using the electronic speaking program to develop self-learning skills.
