A1 العبيدي، إنصاف جاسم نصيف A2 المحمداوي، هاشم فرحان خنجر AB يهدف البحث التعرف على الرفاهية النفسية لدى المرشدين التربويين، أيضا التعرف على دلالة الفروق في الرفاهية النفسية تبعا لمتغير (الجنس، ومدة الخدمة). لتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحثان بتبني مقياس الرفاهية النفسية وأنموذج العوامل الست للرفاهية النفسية لريف (Ryff, 1989). بلغت عدد فقرات المقياس (42) فقرة موزعة بصورة متساوية على ستة أبعاد (الاستقلالية، الإتقان البيئي، النمو الشخصي، العلاقات الإيجابية مع الآخرين، الهدف من الحياة، قبول الذات) لكل مجال (7) فقرات. تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة بلغت (400) من مرشدي المدارس (ذكور - أناث)، والذي تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من المديريات الست في محافظة بغداد للعام الدراسي 2020-2021. أظهرت النتائج ما يأتي: 1) أن المرشدين التربويين في محافظة بغداد للمديريات الست يتمتعون بالرفاهية النفسية. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرفاهية النفسية بين الذكور والإناث ومدة الخدمة لدى المرشدين الترويين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aims to identify the psychological well-being of the educational counselors, as well as to identify the significance of differences in psychological well-being according to the variables (gender, duration of service). The number of scale's items reached (42) items distributed evenly on six dimensions (autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relationships with others, purpose in life, self-acceptance), for each field (7) items. The scale was applied to a sample of (400) school counselors (male-female) who were randomly selected from the six directorates in the Baghdad governorate for the academic year (2020-2021). The results showed that the educational counselors in the Baghdad governorate for the six directorates have psychological well-being. There are no statistically significant differences in psychological well-being between males and females and duration of service among counselors.
