A1 الكلابي، سيف ناصر جبار A2 الربيعي، أزهار ماجد كاظم AB يهدف البحث التعرف على الذات المهنية لدى المرشدين التربويين فضلا عن التعرف على دلالة الفرق في الذات المهنية على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور- أناث). لتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحثان بتبني مقياس (الحساني، 2015) الذي تبلغ عدد فقراته بصيغتها النهائية بعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية (34) فقرة، بعدها قام الباحثان بتطبيق المقياس على عينة البحث الأساسية والبالغة (300) من مرشدي المدارس (ذكور - أناث) تم أختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مديريات التربية الست في محافظة بغداد للعام الدراسي (2020-2021). أظهرت النتائج الآتي: 1) أن عينة البحث من المرشدين التربويين لديهم ذات مهنية. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الذات المهنية بين الذكور والاناث لدى المرشدين التربويين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aims to identify the vocational self of the educational counselors as well as to identify the significant difference in the professional self-according to the gender variable (male-female). The researcher adopted the scale of Al-Hasani (2015), which consisted of (34) items. It was applied to a sample of (300) school counselors (male-female) who were randomly selected from the six directorates in the Baghdad governorate for the academic year 2020-2021. The results showed that the research sample of educational counselors has a vocational self-concept. There are no statistically significant differences in the vocational self-concept between males and females among the educational counselors.
