A1 الأنصاري، سامر محمد AB This study aimed to identify the importance of teacher preparation in the light of some international experiences and to know the real reality of its preparation, as well as to know the reasons and reasons for developing teacher preparation programs. The researcher used the theoretical descriptive approach to teacher preparation programs and the current reality of teacher preparation and presented some of the leading international experiences in the field of professional preparation and the extent of their use. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher referred to books, seminars and conferences to write about the preparation of the teacher.
