A1 الصعب، عزيزة عبد الله إبراهيم AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وضع برنامج مقترح من قبل الباحثة لتدريب معلمي المدارس غير المتخصصين بمجال الحاسب الآلي على حل المشاكل التقنية البسيطة؛ علاجاً لندرة خبراء الحاسب الآلي بالمملكة، وقد انتهت. اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج التحليلي للتوصل لنتائج أقرب ما تكون للواقع، وخلصت الباحثة في نهاية الدراسة إلى ضرورة إعادة النظر في البيئة التعليمية بجميع إدارات التربية والتعليم في المملكة لتواكب متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني وأدواته بشكل قد يساعد المعلمين والمعلمات للاتجاه للتدريب الإلكتروني.
