A1 شمس الدين، تماضر فيصل AB This study aimed at measuring the level of pedagogic practices competencies for the Islamic education teachers in basic stage in Zarka city/ Jordan and the effect of some demographic’s variables such as: The sample consisted of (36) females and teacher’s gender, his experience and the interaction between them study males teachers working in the primary Governmental schools in Zarqa. For collecting data, two administrates of study have been used, questionnaire of (33) paragraphs in its final version and the note card which was consisted of (31) paragraphs in its final version in order to answer the study questions, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, standard errors, percentages and the applications of (manova) were used The study concluded the following findings: 1) There were no differences with statistical significant attributed to gender at all competencies except for two dimensions related to a planning and the competencies dimensions related to academic content for the interest of female. 2) There were no differences with statistical significant at the level of pedagogic competencies for the study sample at all dimensions and the total score of scale according to experience variable. 3) There were no differences with statistically significant at the level of pedagogic competencies for the study sample at all dimensions according to the interaction between gender and educational experience. Averages of pedagogic practices competencies for all dimensions were high except for the competencies related to the content pedagogic knowledge. 4) The coincidence between the arbitrators in terms of note cards was 74%.
