A1 الطويهر، شروق عبد العزيز عبد الله AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب التنمر لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض، والتعرف على آثار التنمر على الضحايا من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض، والتعرف على الطرق والأساليب التي تتبعها معلمة رياض الأطفال في تهذيب الأطفال الذين لديهم تنمر، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وشملت عينة الدراسة معلمات الروضات في مدينة الرياض وعددهم (141) معلمة. واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة للمعلمات كأداة للدراسة. وكانت أهم النتائج: أن متوسط الموافقة العام على (أسباب التنمر لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض) قد بلغ (3.55 درجة من 5)، والتي تشير إلى خيار (موافق) على أداة الدراسة. وأن متوسط الموافقة العام على (آثار التنمر على الضحايا من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض) قد بلغ (3.83 درجة من 5)، والتي تشير إلى خيار (موافق) على أداة الدراسة. و أن متوسط الموافقة العام على (الطرق والأساليب التي تتبعها معلمة رياض الأطفال في تهذيب الأطفال الذين لديهم تنمر) قد بلغ (4.09 درجة من 5)، والتي تشير إلى خيار (موافق) على أداة الدراسة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aims at identifying the causes of bullying among children from the viewpoint of kindergarten teachers in Riyadh, the effects of bullying on the victims from the viewpoint of kindergarten teachers in Riyadh, and the methods used by the kindergarten teachers in disciplining children who bully. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample included (141) female kindergarten teachers in Riyadh. The researcher uses the questionnaire for the teachers as a study tool. The most important results are as follows: that the average general approval of (the reasons for bullying in children from the viewpoint of kindergarten teachers in Riyadh) has reached (3.55 out of 5), which indicates the option (agree) with the study tool. The average general approval for (the effects of bullying on victims from the viewpoint of kindergarten teachers in the city of Riyadh) has reached (3.83 out of 5), which indicates the option (agree) with the study tool. The average general approval for (the methods and ways used by the kindergarten teacher in disciplining children who bully) has reached (4.09 out of 5), which indicates the option (agree) with the study tool.
