A1 السعدون، مها بنت عبد الله بن مشاري A2 كريم، منى خالد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور معلمات رياض الأطفال في تعديل سلوك الأطفال النفسي والمعرفي من وجهة نظر قيادات رياض الأطفال في مدينة جدة. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (110) قائدة مدرسة في مدارس رياض الأطفال بمدينة جدة، واتخذت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أن أفراد الدراسة موافقات على دور معلمات رياض الأطفال في تعديل سلوك الأطفال النفسي بمتوسط حسابي (4.30)، والتي تشير إلى (عالية جداً) على أداة الدراسة. كما تبين أن أفراد الدراسة موافقات على دور معلمات رياض الأطفال في تعديل سلوك الأطفال المعرفي بمتوسط حسابي (4.04)، والتي تشير إلى (عالية) على أداة الدراسة. وأوصت الدراسة تقديم البرامج الارشادية والعلاجية للمعلمات لتوجيههم إلى الطرق التربوية السليمة والملائمة للتعامل مع المشكلات النفسية والمعرفية الخاصة بمرحلة الطفولة، والعمل على إشراك أولياء الأمور في الندوات الإرشادية والبرامج التدريبية حول مشكلات أطفالهم وطريقة المعاملة مع أطفالهم، وضرورة إستخدام الأساليب السلوكية الفعالة لضبط سلوك الطفل. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the role of kindergarten teachers in modifying children's psychological and cognitive behavior from the point of view of kindergarten leaders in the city of Jeddah, and the study followed the analytical descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (110) school leaders in kindergarten schools in Jeddah, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results of the study showed that the study subjects agreed on the role of kindergarten teachers in modifying children's psychological behavior with an arithmetic mean (4.30), which indicates (very high) on the study tool. It was also found that the study subjects agreed on the role of kindergarten teachers in modifying children's cognitive behavior with an arithmetic mean of (4.04), which indicates (high) on the study tool. The study recommended providing counseling and remedial programs for teachers to direct them to sound and appropriate educational methods to deal with psychological and cognitive problems of childhood, and work to involve parents in counseling seminars and training programs on the problems of their children and the method of dealing with their children, and the need to use effective behavioral methods to control the behavior of the child.
