A1 دبلول، سجى صالح A2 حريري، رندة A2 العباسي، دلال عمر A2 الحربي، رباب صالح AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي مستوى القيادة الإبداعية لقائدات رياض الأطفال الأهلية وعلاقتها بمستوى مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى المعلمات، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي العلائقي، حيث طبقت الدراسة الاستبانة على جميع مشرفات وقائدات ومعلمات رياض الأطفال الأهلية بينبع البالغ عددهم (45) معلمة، (22) قائدة، و(6) مشرفات، حيث تم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل نظراً لصغر المجتمع. أسفرت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى قائدات رياض الأطفال الأهلية ومستوى امتلاك معلمات رياض الأطفال لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين مرتفعاً جداً. كما بينت وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة احصائياً بين القيادة الابداعية لدى القائدات ومستوى مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين للمعلمات. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عمل إدارة التعليم على تعزيز الدورات التدريبية الموجهة للقائدات رياض الأطفال في مجال القيادة الإبداعية، تنويع قائدات رياض الأطفال في الحوافز المقدمة للمعلمات والتي تعزز مهاراتهن في طرح الأفكار غير التقليدية لتطوير العمل برياض الأطفال. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عمل إدارة رياض الأطفال على تعزيز الدورات التدريبية الموجهة للمعلمات في مجال ممارسات مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to examine the relationship between creative leadership that private kindergarten educational leaders' practice and the development of kindergarten teachers’ 21st century skills, in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. To attain this purpose, this research study adopted quantitative correlational research design and utilized a questionnaire to collect data from the total targeted population of (45) teachers, (22) leaders, and (6) supervisors in private kindergarten schools in Yanbu. Findings of this study revealed that private kindergarten educational leaders practice creative leaderships at high degree. Also, findings showed that the level of development of kindergarten teachers’ 21st century skills is at high degree. In addition, findings showed that there is statistically significant positive relationship between creative leadership and the development of kindergarten teachers’ 21st century skills. The study concluded with recommending conducting training sessions for kindergarten educational leaders about creative leadership as well as diversifying the reinforcers provided to kindergarten teachers to enhance their skills in sharing non-traditional ideas in order to improve the work in private kindergartens.
