A1 السعيدي، حميد بن مسلم A2 المطري، علي بن سعيد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية التدريب الإلكتروني في تطوير مهارات التعليم عن بعد لدى المعلمين ومهارات التعلم الرقمي لدى الطلبة بسلطنة عمان. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وذلك بإعداد أداتين دراسيتين، الأولى لقياس فاعلية التدريب للتعليم عن بعد في تطوير مهارات المعلمين في توظيف المنصات الإلكترونية بالتعلم من وجهة نظر المعلمين الأوائل والمشرفين التربويين، والثانية للتعرف على فاعلية التعليم عن بعد في تطوير المهارات الرقمية لدى الطلبة، وبعد التحقق من صدق الأدوات وثابتها تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغت (156) معلم ومعلمة، و(44) مشرفا ومشرفة، و(903) طالب وطالبة. وقد كشف النتائج أن فاعلية التدريب الإلكتروني في تطوير مهارات المعلمين في استخدام منصات التعلم الإلكترونية جاء بدرجة كبيرة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى توافر مهارات التعلم الرقمي لدى الطلبة كان بدرجة كبيرة، وأوصى الباحثان بضرورة تدريب المعلمين على تفعيل المواقع التعليمية في الموقف الصفي، وتدريب الطلبة على استخدام منصات التعلم الإلكترونية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of e-training in the development of distance education skills among teachers and digital learning skills in students in Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive curriculum, by preparing two courses, the first to measure the effectiveness of distance education training in developing teachers' skills in employing electronic platforms by learning from the point of view of first teachers and educational supervisors, and the second to identify the effectiveness of distance education in the development of digital skills in students. After verifying the authenticity and stability of the tools, they were applied to a sample of (156) teachers, (44) supervisors, and (903) students. The results revealed that the effectiveness of e-training in developing teachers' skills in the use of electronic learning platforms was high. The results indicated that the level of availability of digital skills among students was also high. The researchers recommended the need to train teachers to activate educational sites in the classroom position, and train students in the use of electronic learning platforms.
