A1 الجبوري، هبة محسن محمود أخليف A2 أحمد، ثابت إحسان AB يهدف التعرف على التمكين النفسي ومستويات أبعاده لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في مدينة الموصل. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح. تكونت عينة البحث من (169) مدرس تربية رياضية. استعمل الباحثان مقياس التمكين النفسي المعد من (نجيب، 2018)، إذ تكون المقياس من (38) فقرة موزعة على (6) أبعاد وهي (التخطيط الاستراتيجي، الكفاءات العلمية، الرضا الوظيفي، الإمكانات المالية، العلاقات الإنسانية والاجتماعية، إدارة الوقت) وبواقع (8 ، 6 ، 7 ، 6 ، 6 ، 5) فقرات على التوالي. تمت الإجابة على فقرات الاستبيان وفق خمسة بدائل (بدرجة كبيرة جدا، بدرجة كبيرة، بدرجة متوسطة، بدرجة منخفضة، بدرجة قليلة جدا). وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام النسبة المئوية والوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الارتباط البسيط (بيرسون) ومعادلة كرونباخ ألفا ومعادلة جتمان باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (spss) في تحليل البيانات. توصل الباحثان إلى امتلاك مدرسي التربية الرياضية في مدينة الموصل مستويات متباينة بين العالية جدا والمتوسطة من التمكين النفسي وأبعاده (التخطيط الاستراتيجي، الكفاءات العلمية، الرضا الوظيفي، الإمكانات المالية، العلاقات الانسانية والاجتماعية، إدارة الوقت). The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and the research sample consisted of (169) physical education teachers. The researchers used the psychological empowerment scale prepared by (Naguib, 2018), as the scale consisted of (38) items distributed on (6) dimensions, which are (strategic planning, academic competencies, job satisfaction, financial capabilities, human and social relations, time management) and by ( 8, 6, 7, 6, 6, 5) items, respectively, and the questionnaire items were answered according to five alternatives (to a very large degree, to a large degree, to a moderate degree, to a low degree, to a very little degree). The data were processed statistically using the percentage, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), the Cro-Nabach alpha equation and the Jutman equation using the statistical program (spss) in data analysis. psychological and its dimensions (strategic planning, academic competencies, job satisfaction, financial capabilities, human and social relations, time management).
