A1 المالكي، وفاء عائض دخيل الله A2 حريري، رندة AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الإشراف التربوي في تنمية مهارات القرن 21 لدى معلمات الرياضيات بالصفوف المتوسطة بالمدارس الحكومية بجنوب جدة. من أجل تحقيق ذلك اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث اعتمدت على الاستبانة التي وزعت على عينة بلغت (110) معلمات، من أصل (151) من معلمات الرياضيات للصفوف المتوسطة بجنوب جدة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج, أهمها: أن هناك دوراً جليا للإشراف التربوي، يتضح من بعض الممارسات والأساليب المتبعة من قبل المشرفات التربويات في تنمية مهارات التفكير العليا (الإبداع)، والتفكير الناقد، ومهارة حل المشكلات لدى معلمات الرياضيات بمتوسطات متفاوتة: بلغت (3.83) لمهارات التفكير العليا (الإبداع)، و(4.05) لمهارة حل المشكلات، ووجود حاجة ماسة لدعم بعض الممارسات، كالنظر في تقليص حجم الأعباء على عائق المشرفة, والخوض في مجال البحث العلمي. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات، أهمها: ضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بالإشراف التربوي, وتعزيز دوره في ضوء مهارات القرن الـ(21). (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This research aimed to identify the role of educational supervision in developing 21st century skills among Mathematics' female teachers in the middle classes of Jeddah South public schools. In order to achieve this, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach through a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of (110) female teachers out of 151 math teachers in the middle classes of southern Jeddah. The study concluded to some results, in which the most prominent ones are; that there is a clear role for educational supervision evident through some practices and methods used by educational supervisors in developing higher thinking skills (creativity), critical thinking and problem-solving skill among mathematics teachers with varying means of (3.83) for higher degree of thinking skills (Creativity), and (3.66) for critical thinking skill, and (4.05) for problem solving skill. In addition, it shows the critical need in supporting some practices, such as putting into consideration the importance of reducing the burden on supervisors and moving towards the field of scientific research. In light of the results, the study came with some recommendations, the most important of which is the need to increase interest in educational supervision and enhance its role in the light of the skills of the 21st century.
