A1 هادي، خالد عبد AB هدف البحث التعرف على مستوى السلوك التنظيمي لدى مدربي المدارس التخصصية التابعة إلى دائرة شؤون الأقاليم في وزارة الشباب والرياضة العراقية للعام 2022. اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهدافه. تكون مجتمع البحث من المدربين لمختلف الفعاليات الرياضية في المنطقة الوسطى، والبالغ عددهم (59) مدرب موزعين وفق الشهادة الحاصلين عليها، وسنوات الخدمة. تبنى الباحث مقياس (رأفت سمير مسعد) للسلوك التنظيمي، واستخرج الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس من صدق وثبات، واستعمل الأساليب الإحصائية اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف البحث. بينت النتائج تمتع مدربي المدارس التخصصية بمستوى عالي من السلوك التنظيمي. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق حقيقي في مستوى السلوك التنظيمي يرجع إلى سنوات الخدمة، مبينة أن المدربين الذين لديهم خدمة أكثر من (5) سنوات أعلى في مستوى السلوك التنظيمي. كما لم تبين النتائج وجود فرق في مستوى السلوك التنظيمي يرجع إلى الشهادة الجامعية للمدربين. قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تساعد الباحثين والعمل الرياضي عامة، أهمها: العمل على إعداد برامج تدريبية إدارية لتنشيط عمل المدربين، والعمل على إعداد دورات إدراية بالنسبة لمدربين الجدد قليلي الخبرة. عقد ندوات ومؤتمرات بالجانب الإداري لا سيما السلوك التنظيمي للمدربين وفي مختلف الفعاليات الرياضية. الاهتمام بالجانب الإداري ضمن المنهاج المعد للمدربين ولمختلف الفعاليات الرياضية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational behavior among the trainers of the specialized schools affiliated to the department of regional affairs in the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports for the year 2022. Distributed according to the certificate obtained and years of service, the researcher adopted a scale (Raafat Samir Massad) for organizational behavior. The researcher extracted the psychometric properties of the scale from validity and reliability. The researcher used the statistical methods necessary to achieve the research goals. The results of the research showed that the specialized school trainers enjoyed a high level of organizational behavior, as the results showed. The existence of a real difference in the level of organizational behavior is due to the years of service, indicating that the trainers who have served more than (5) years are higher in the level of organizational behavior, and the results did not show a difference in the level of organizational behavior due to the trainers’ university certificate. The researcher presented a group of Recommendations and suggestions that help researchers and sports work in general.
