A1 الشاعر، أسماء محمد علي A2 ضحاوي، بيومي محمد A2 سلمى، أحمد إبراهيم AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الحوكمة الجامعية في ماليزيا، وحددت الدراسة عناصر الحوكمة الجامعية في الجامعات تمثلت في (النشأة والتطور، الحوكمة الجامعية: المفهوم، الأهداف، المبادئ، نظامها، هياكلها، المعوقات، وطرق تحسينها. العوامل والقوى المؤثرة على الحوكمة الجامعية). استخدمت الدراسة المقارنة منهج بيريداي لمقابلة هذه العناصر بدول المقارنة للوقوف على أوجه التشابه والاختلاف وتفسيرها في ضوء العوامل الثقافية ومن خلال نتائج الدراسة قدمت الدراسة تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الحوكمة الجامعية في مصر. Factors and forces affecting university governance). The comparative study used the Peridian approach to interview these elements in the comparison countries to find out the similarities and differences and explain them in the light of cultural factors. Through the results of the comparative study, the study presented a proposed vision to activate the role of university governance in Egypt.
