A1 طاحون، حسين حسن A2 شراب، نبيلة عبد الرؤوف A2 حجازي، فاطمة محمد البشير محمد AB هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية ومهارات ما وراء المعرفة لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة، كما هدف إلى معرفة الفروق في كل من اليقظة العقلية، ومهارات ما وراء المعرفة تبعا للجنس (ذكور- إناث). تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (393) طالبا وطالبة من مختلف الفرق بكليات (التربية، العلوم، الآداب، التجارة) بجامعة العريش، تمتد أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (18-24) عاما، منهم (179 طالبا، و214 طالبة). اشتملت أدوات البحث على مقياس اليقظة العقلية، ومقياس مهارات ما وراء المعرفة (إعداد الباحثة). توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين اليقظة العقلية، ومهارات ما وراء المعرفة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في اليقظة العقلية ومهارات ما وراء المعرفة لدى أفراد عينة البحث ترجع إلى النوع (ذكور/ إناث). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aimed to reveal the relationship between mindfulness and metacognitive skills among a sample of university students, as well as to know the differences in both mindfulness and metacognitive skills according to gender (male-female), and the main research sample consisted of (393) male and female students from different teams in the faculties of (Education, Science, Arts, and Commerce) at Al-Arish University, their chronological ages ranged between (18-24) years, including (179 male and 214 female), and the research tools included the mindfulness scale, metacognitive skills scale (prepared by the researcher), and the results concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between mindfulness and metacognitive skills, and there are no statistical differences in mindfulness and metacognitive skills among the members of the research sample due to gender (male/ female).
