A1 العتوم، غدير علي AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى ممارسة التفكير النظمي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش وعلاقته بمستوى الأداء التدريسي لدى المعلمين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، إذ تم تطوير أداة للدراسة، التي اشتملت على محورين رئيسين؛ محور التفكير النظمي لدى المديرين، ومحور الأداء التدريسي لدى المعلمين، تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، إذ تم توزيعها الكترونياً على المعلمين والمعلمات في محافظة جرش، وقد اشتملت العينة على (291) معلماً ومعلمة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى ممارسة التفكير النظمي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية جاء كبيراً، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود درجة كبيرة للأداء التدريسي لدى المعلمين. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التفكير النظمي والأداء التدريسي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify systemic thinking among public school principals in Jerash Governorate and its relationship to the level of teaching performance among teachers. To achieve this objective, the correlational descriptive methodology was used. A tool was developed for the study, which included two main dimensions: systemic thinking among principals and teaching performance among teachers. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to teachers in Jerash Governorate, it included (291) teachers. The results of the study showed that the level of practice of systemic thinking among public school principals was high, and the results also indicated a high level of teaching performance among teachers. Furthermore, the study revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between systemic thinking and teaching performance.
