A1 اللبابدة، جمانة عبد الهادي محمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة فاعلية إدارة المدارس الحكومية في التنمية المُستدامة وعلاقتها بالهدر التربوي في محافظة مادبا، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، إذ تم تطوير أداة الدراسة والتي اشتملت على محورين، تم توزيعها عشوائياً على عينة الدراسة والتي تكونت من (363) معلماً ومعلمة، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود درجة كبيرة لفاعلية إدارة المدارس الحكومية في التنمية المُستدامة، كما أظهرت النتائج ان مستوى الهدر التربوي كان متدنياً في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة مادبا. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين فاعلة إدارة المدارس الحكومية في التنمية المستدامة والهدر التربوي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of public school administration in sustainable development and its relationship to educational waste in Madaba Governorate. To achieve the study’s goal, the descriptive, correlational methodology was used. The study tool was developed, which included two axes. It was randomly distributed to the study sample, which consisted of (363) male and female teachers, the results showed a high degree of effectiveness of public school administration in sustainable development. The results also showed that the level of educational waste was low in public schools in Madaba Governorate. The results also showed an inverse correlation between the effectiveness of public school administration in sustainable development and educational waste.
