A1 القطب، مياسة A2 السعود، راتب سلامة AB هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في فلسطين للقيادة الرقمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد اتبعت المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (370) معلماً ومعلمة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الرقمية من قبل مديري المدارس الحكومية في فلسطين متوسطة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغيري (سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي)، في حين كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وتأسيساً على ذلك أوصى الباحثان بضرورة اعتماد مؤشرات الجمعية الدولية للتكنولوجيا في التعليم لقادة المدارس، وضرورة توفير احتياجات المدرسة من البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتشكيل فرق تعمل على تدريب المعلمين على استخدامها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of digital leadership by public school principals in Palestine from the teachers' point of view. The descriptive methodology was used, and the study sample consisted of (370) male and female teachers. The results of the study indicated that the degree of practice of digital leadership by public school principals in Palestine is medium, and there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the variables (years of experience, and academic qualification), while there were statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in favor of females. Based on this, the researchers recommended the necessity of adopting the indicators of the International Society for Technology in Education for School Leaders, and the necessity of providing the school's needs for digital infrastructure, and creating teams to train teachers to use it.
