A1 إطميزه، نسرين جميل مرشد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم جنوب الخليل للقيادة الخادمة من وجهه نظر المعلمين، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وزعت الباحثة استبانة بالطريقة العشوائية على (140) معلماً ومعلمة من مديرية تربية وتعليم جنوب الخليل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم جنوب الخليل للقيادة الخادمة من وجهه نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية (3.76)، وقد حصل مجال (التواضع) على أعلى مستوى بمتوسط حسابي (3.84)، تلاه مجال (الإيثار) بمتوسط حسابي (3.78)، تلاه مجال (التمكين) بمتوسط حسابي (3.76)، تلاه مجال (التنظيم الإداري) بمتوسط حسابي (3.73)، وكان أقل مستوى مجال (المحبة) بمتوسط حسابي (3.71)، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم جنوب الخليل للقيادة الخادمة من وجهه نظر المعلمين تبعاً لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة ‘حصائية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing servant leadership by public school principals in the South Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers' point of view. The researcher distributed a questionnaire to (140) male and female teachers from the South Hebron Education Directorate. The study concluded that the degree of practicing servant leadership by public school principals in the South Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers' point of view was high, as the total score was (3.76). The domain of (humility) obtained the highest level with an mean of (3.84), followed by the domain of (altruism) with a mean of (3.78), followed by the domain of (empowerment) with a mean of (3.76), followed by the domain of (administrative organization) with a mean of (3.73), and the lowest level was the domain of (love) with a mean of (3.71). The results showed that there were no differences in the significant of the degree of practicing servant leadership by public school principals in the South Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers' point of view according to the variables of years of experience and academic qualification, while there were differences according to gender variable and in favor of males.
