A1 الجعبري، نادرة سعدي أسعد A2 جاد الله، عماد هشام إسماعيل AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى التكنولوجيا الرقمية ودورها في تطوير الإدارة المدرسية في المدارس الخاصة في مدينة الخليل من وجهة نظر المديرين، من خلال استبانة تم تطبيقها على ثلاثين مديراً ومديرةً ومقابلة تم إجراؤها مع ستة مديرين، بحيث أظهرت النتائج أن دور التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تطوير الإدارة المدرسية في المدارس الخاصة في مدينة الخليل جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وقد حصل مجال (تطوير المناهج والعملية التعليمية) أعلى مستوى، تلاه مجال (التواصل والشراكة المجتمعية)، تلاه مجال (القيم والبيئة المدرسية)، تلاه مجال (الاستعداد الرقمي والتطوير المهني)، تلاه مجال (كفاءة العمليات الإدارية)، وكان أقل مستوى مجال (الاتصال والتعلم التفاعلي)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تطوير الإدارة المدرسية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي، كما بينت النتائج أن هناك عديداَ من الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق التكنولوجيا الرقمية أهمها تحديات اقتصادية، وتحديات إدارية وتحديات تقنية، كما أكد البحث على إسهام التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تطوير كفاءة الإدارة المدرسية، وأن أهم الإستراتيجيات التي يمكن أن تتبناها المدارس الخاصة إستراتيجية التحفيز وإستراتيجية التدريب، فقد تم التأكيد على أن للتدريب دوراَ مهماَ في التطوير المهني في تمكين مديري المدارس والمعلمين من استخدام التكنولوجيا. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aimed to identify digital technology and its relationship to the development of school administration in private schools in the city of Hebron from the point of view of principals, through a questionnaire applied to (30) male and female principals and an interview conducted with (6) principals. The research results showed that the role of digital technology in developing school administration in private schools in the city of Hebron was high, and the domain of (developing curricula and the educational process) achieved the highest level, followed by the domain of (communication and community partnership), followed by the domain of (values and school environment), followed by the domain of (digital readiness and professional development), followed by the domain of (efficiency of administrative processes), and the lowest level was the domain of (communication and interactive learning). The results also showed that there were no differences in the role of digital technology in developing school administration according to the variable of gender, years of experience and academic qualification. The results also showed that there were many difficulties facing the application of digital technology, the most important of which were economic challenges, administrative challenges and technical challenges. The study also confirmed the contribution of digital technology to developing the efficiency of school administration, and that the most important strategies that private schools can adopt were the motivation strategy and the training strategy, As the study confirmed that training has an important role in development.
