A1 المستريحي، أمل حسني محمود AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في لواء الكورة للقيادة الخادمة وعلاقتها بمستوى التميز التنظيمي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم تطبيق استبانة مكونة من مجالين: الأول حول القيادة الخادمة، والآخر حول مستوى التميز التنظيمي توزعت على (298) معلماً ومعلمة. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين ككل جاءت كبيرة، على جميع المجالات، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التميز التنظيمي كانت كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الخادمة، ومستوى التميز التنظيمي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد اوصت الباحثة بزيادة تعزيز القيادة الخادمة بصورة أكثر عن طريق تلبية متطلبات المعلمين في المدارس، كذلك على مديري المدارس وضع الرؤية والرسالة بالطرق الصحيحة ومشاركة المعلمين وجميع الأطراف في وضعها. The results showed that the degree of practicing servant leadership of school principals from the point of view of teachers as a whole was high, and the results also showed that the level of organizational excellence was high, and the results showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between the degree of school principals practicing servant leadership, and the level Organizational excellence. In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended an increase in the strengthening of the servant leadership more by meeting the requirements of teachers in schools, as well as school principals to put the vision and the message in the right ways and the participation of teachers and all parties in their position.
