A1 العساف، ربى أحمد AB تهدف الدراسة إلى اقتراح تصور إداري تربوي مناسب للتطوير التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم العام في الأردن. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي التركيبي. أوضحت الدراسة مفهوم التطوير التنظيمي، وأهميته، ومبادءه. كما أوضحت الدراسة واقع التطوير التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم العام في الاردن، وأهم المعوقات والتحديات التي تواجه عملية التطوير التنظيمي مؤسسات التعليم العام في الأردن. وفي ضوء ذلك، تم اقتراح تصور إداري تربوي للتطوير التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم العام في الأردن، وأوصت الباحثة وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية ومديرياتها بالاستفادة من هذا التصور. To achieve the objectives of the study, the methodology was used. The study clarified the concept of organizational development, its importance, and its principles. The study also clarified the reality of organizational development in public education institutions in Jordan, and the most important obstacles and challenges facing the organizational development process in public education institutions in Jordan. In light of this, an educational administrative perception for organizational development in public education institutions in Jordan was proposed, and the researcher recommended that the Jordanian Ministry of Education and its directorates benefit from this perception.
