A1 الديك، سامية عمر فارس A2 السرحان، خالد علي AB هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى معوقات تحويل المدارس الفلسطينية الحكومية إلى مدارس منتجة من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومعلميها، وقام الباحثان باختيار عينة قصدية من مديري المدارس وعددهم (30) مديراً ومديرة ومعلماً ومعلمة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكيفي وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة معوقات عدة لتحقيق التحوّل منها معوقات إدارية وتربوية وسياسية ومجتمعية ومادية وفي البنى التحتية، وفي ضوء ذلك أوصت الدراسة بتنفيذ إصلاحات إدارية من تمكين إداري للطواقم التربوية والإدارية وتطوير لبرامج التأهيل والتدريب وتحسين مكانة المعلمين الوظيفية والاجتماعية، واصلاحات تربوية بتغيير فلسفة التعليم بالتركيز على الإبداع والابتكار وحل المشكلات والتعلم القائم على المشروع، واصلاحات تنظيمية تتمثل بتوظيف برامج الحوكمة، وتوفير الدعم المالي والمادي للمدارس الفلسطينية، والتشريعات الناظمة لسير عمل المدارس المنتجة، وتطوير المناهج، وتعزيز الشراكات المجتمعية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to identify the obstacles to transform Palestinian public schools into productive schools from the point of view of school principals and teachers. The researchers selected a purposive sample of school principals, numbering (30) male and female principals and male and female teachers. The study used a qualitative methodology, and the results of the study showed several obstacles to achieve transformation, including administrative, educational, political, societal, material, and infrastructure obstacles. In light of this, the study recommended Implementing administrative reforms, including administrative empowerment of educational and administrative staff, development of rehabilitation and training programs, and improvement of the professional and social status of teachers, educational reforms by changing the philosophy of education by focusing on creativity, innovation, problem solving, and project-based learning, and organizational reforms represented by employing governance programs, providing financial and material support to Palestinian schools, and regulating legislation. For the functioning of productive schools, developing curricula, and strengthening community partnerships.
