A1 يوسف، رائدة صالح يوسف AB هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة وعي مديري مدارس لواء قصبة عمان بالقيادة الموقفية، وعلاقتها بمتغيري: نوع المدرسة وجنس المدير. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها من جميع مديري مدارس لواء قصبة عمان. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة جرى تطوير استبانة مكونة من (32) فقرة، تم توزيعها بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وبينت النتائج أنّ الدرجة الكلية لدرجة وعي مديري مدارس لواء قصبة عمان بالقيادة الموقفية كانت متوسطة. كما أشارت إلى عدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير جنس المدير، بينما وُجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية يعزى لمتغير نوع المدرسة لصالح المدارس الحكومية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to identify the degree of awareness of the Qasbah Amman District School principals of situational leadership, and its relation to the variables of school type and principal's gender. The descriptive methodology was used. The study population and its sample consisted of all the principals of the Qasbah Amman district schools. To answer the study questions, a questionnaire consisting of (32) items was developed, which was distributed after verifying its validity and reliability. The results showed that the overall degree of awareness of the Qasbah Amman district school principals about situational leadership was medium. It also indicated that there was no statistically significant difference in the estimates of the study sample members due to the principal gender variable, while there was a statistically significant difference due to the school type variable in favor of governmental schools.
