A1 العطيوي، علاء الدين سليمان AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني لرؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (218) رئيس قسم من رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس الاحتياجات التدريبية في التعليم الإلكتروني. وأظهرت النتائج وجود احتياجات تدريبية لرؤساء الأقسام الاكاديمية في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني بدرجة متوسطة. كما وأظهرت النتائج فروقاً دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني لرؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، ولم تظهر النتائج فروقا دالة إحصائيًا تعزى لمتغير الخبرة العلمية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify training needs in the field of e-learning for heads of academic departments in Jordanian universities. The study used the descriptive survey approach. The study sample consisted of (218) heads of academic departments in public Jordanian universities. To achieve the objectives of the study, the e-learning training needs scale was developed. The results showed that there were training needs for department heads in the field of e-learning at a medium degree. In addition, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of training needs in the field of e-learning for heads of academic departments in Jordanian universities due to the gender variable in favor of females. Furthermore, the results did not show statistically significant differences due to the scientific experience variable.
