A1 البدراني، بدر سالم AB هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس الكفاءة النسبية لكليات جامعة طيبة باستخدام تحليل مغلف البيانات (DEA). تم اعتماد المنهج الكمي التحليلي باستخدام أحد أساليب البرمجة الخطية المتمثل في منهجية تحليل مغلف البيانات (DEA) بالتوجيه الإدخالي والتوجيه الإخراجي، ووفق عوائد الحجم الثابتة (CRS) وعوائد الحجم المتغيرة (VRS)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من كليات جامعة طيبة ماعدا كلية التربية والكلية التطبيقية للعام الجامعي 2023 ليصبح عددها (21) كلية، وتم استخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل لجميع هذه الكليات لتمثل عينة البحث جميع مجتمع الدراسة، وتم اختيار ثلاثة مدخلات لكل كلية هي: (عدد الطلاب المقيدين، عدد أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن في حكمهم، عدد الإداريين والفنيين)، ومخرجين هما: (عدد الخريجين، عدد الأبحاث المنشورة). أظهرت الدراسة أن متوسط الكفاءة النسبية التقنية لكليات جامعة طيبة عينة الدراسة؛ قد بلغت (0.837) وفق عوائد الحجم الثابتة (CRS) لنموذج التوجيه الإدخالي، و(0.857) وفق عوائد الحجم المتغيرة (VRS) لنموذج التوجيه الإدخالي، وبلغت (0.841) وفق عوائد الحجم الثابتة (CRS) لنموذج التوجيه الإخراجي، و(0.857) وفق عوائد الحجم المتغيرة (VRS) لنموذج التوجيه الإخراجي. اعتمادا على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة، توصي الدراسة بضرورة عمل خطط مستقبلية لرفع الكفاءة النسبية للكليات التي حققت كفاءة أقل من المتوسط أو التي كشف البحث عن تراجع كفاءتها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aims to measure the relative efficiency of the colleges at Taibah University using Data Encapsulated Model (DEA). Method: The study adopted a quantitative analytical approach using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with both input- and output-oriented approaches, according to Constant Returns to Scale (CRS) and Variable Returns to Scale (VRS). The study population included all colleges at Taibah University except for the College of Education and the Applied College for the academic year 2023, totaling 21 colleges. A comprehensive survey method was used, with all colleges representing the research sample. Three inputs were selected for each college: 1) the number of enrolled students, (2) the number of faculty members and their equivalents, and 3) the number of administrative and technical staff. The outputs were: 1) the number of graduates and 2) the number of published research papers. The study showed that the average relative technical efficiency of the colleges at Taibah University in the study sample was 0.837 according to Constant Returns to Scale (CRS) for the input-oriented model, 0.857 according to Variable Returns to Scale (VRS) for the input-oriented model, 0.841 according to Constant Returns to Scale (CRS) for the output-oriented model, and 0.857 according to Variable Returns to Scale (VRS) for the output-oriented model. Based on the study's findings, it is recommended to develop future plans to improve the relative efficiency of the colleges that achieved below-average efficiency or whose efficiency was found to be declining.
