A1 سفر، عهود عدنان عبد القيوم AB هدفت الدراسة إلى استنتاج وتوظيف أكثر النماذج استخداما في مجال القيادات التربوية لتطوير نظام التعليم في التربية الخاصة، كما تم مقارنة استخدامات هذه النماذج في نظام التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية مع أبرز الدول العالمية لإعداد القيادات التربوية في التربية الخاصة، ومواكبة الثورة المعلوماتية في مختلف الدول وتطوير نظام التعليم. تم استخدام منهج المراجعة المنهجية حيث تعتمد هذه الدراسة على تحليل التوجهات والبيانات ونتائج الدراسات السابقة، حيث استعرضت هذه الدراسة (23) دراسة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود دراسة عربية استخرجت نموذجا مثاليا لاستخدامه في القيادة التربوية في التربية الخاصة، كما أثبتت النتائج وجود نقص كمي وكيفي في الدراسات والمقالات الأجنبية في هذا المجال، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر النماذج تكرارا واستخداما هي (STEAM, EFQM)، ولكن هناك قلة في الدراسات التي وظفت استخدام هذه النماذج في مجال التربية الخاصة. بالإضافة، أظهرت النتائج أن النماذج المستخدمة تساعد عملية القيادة التربوية أن تمر بمراحل متعددة ومترابطة حتى يكون القائد قادرا على استيعاب حاجات ومتطلبات طلاب التربية الخاصة. أوصت الدراسة بتكثيف جهود الباحثين بإعداد دراسات مشتركة بين المختصين في التربية الخاصة ومجال القيادات التربوية. بالإضافة إلى استخدام النماذج التربوية الحديثة في المدارس لتطوير وإعداد القيادات التربوية لتناسب طلاب الإعاقة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify and apply the most commonly used models in the field of educational leadership for developing the educational system in special education. Additionally, it compared the application of these models in the educational system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) with those in other countries worldwide, to prepare educational leaders in special education and keep pace with the global information revolution. A systematic review approach was used, relying on the analysis of previous studies. This study reviewed 23 studies. The results of the current study showed that no Arabic study has extracted an ideal model for use in educational leadership in special education. Moreover, the results showed that the most commonly used models are STEAM and EFQM, but few studies have employed these models in the field of special education. In addition, the results have shown that the models used help the educational leadership process go through several interconnected stages, enabling leaders to understand the needs of students in special education. The study recommends intensifying the efforts of researchers to prepare joint studies between special education professionals and the field of educational leadership. Additionally, modern pedagogical models should be used in schools to develop and prepare educational leaders to adapt to students with disabilities.
