A1 القرا، سالم A2 ذيابات، خلف وليد A2 حسين، لينا علي A2 مزاهرة، جاد AB هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مشرفي التدريب الميداني في كلية علوم الرياضة في تنمية كفايات الطالب المعلم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها وتكونت عينة الدراسة من طلبة مساق التدريب الميداني والتربية العملية في كلية علوم الرياضة، وبلغ عددهم (78) طالبا. تم تصميم استبانة تكونت من (21) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، وهي: (التخطيط، التنفيذ، التقويم). أظهرت النتائج أن دور مشرفي التدريب الميداني في تنمية كفايات الطالب المعلم من وجهة نظر الطلبة في دور التخطيط كان بمستوى متوسط، وفي دور التنفيذ كان بمستوى مرتفع، وفي دور التقويم كان بمستوى متوسط. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي الذكور والإناث ومتوسطات فئات المعدل التراكمي ومتوسطي قطاعي المدرسة (الحكومي والخاص) في كل دور من أدوار مشرفي التدريب الميداني في كلية علوم الرياضة في تنمية كفايات الطالب المعلم من وجهة نظر الطلبة. توصي الدراسة بعقد ورشات عمل ومحاضرات واستضافة خبراء في مجال الإشراف التربوي لتزويد الطلبة المعلمين بالمعارف والخبرات المتنوعة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to evaluate the main roles of field training coaches in developing the competencies of student teacher in the faculty of sports sciences. To achieve its objectives, the study was conducted based on practical and description methods in order to fit the nature of the study. The study sample consisted of college students who were enrolled in the field training course in the faculty of sports sciences at the University of Jordan with a total number of 78 student. A questionnaire was also designed to be used as a compatible tool with goals of the study. The questionnaire comprised 21categories divided into three sections: planning, executing and evaluating. The study results showed that the role played by field training supervisors in developing the competencies of student teacher, from students’ perspective, was average in both planning and evaluating sections, and it was considerably high in executing. The study also showed no statistical difference in the results among male and female students or students belonging to both public and private schools pertaining to roles affiliated with the field training supervisors in the faculty of sports sciences in developing the competencies of student teacher from students’ perspective. The study recommends holding workshops, lectures and hosting experts in educational supervision to provide students with the necessary and needed knowledge and experiences.
