A1 المساعيد، شاهه عيد AB هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى تحديد مدى توافر مقومات تطبيق القيادة الشبكية في ممارسات المشرفين التربويين في مديرية تربية لواء ناعور في الأردن. واعتمدت الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولجمع البيانات من أفراد عيّنة الدّراسة صمم مقياس مكون من (45) فقرةً، موزعة على أبعاد مقومات تطبيق القيادة الشبكية المتمثلة في: (إمكانات القائد الشبكي، ومعايير تطبيق القيادة الشبكية، والثقافة التنظيمية الداعمة للقيادة الشبكية). وتكونت عيّنة الدّراسة من (193) معلماً ومعلّمةً جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة, وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن تقديرات أفراد العيّنة لمدى توافر مقومات تطبيق القيادة الشبكية في ممارسات المشرفين التربويين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بيّنت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العيّنة لمدى توافر مقومات تطبيق القيادة الشبكية في ممارسات المشرفين التربويين تعزى لمتغيرات: (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخدمة). وأوصت الدّراسة بأن يعمل المشرفون التربويون على تعزيز مهاراتهم في استخدام التكنولوجيا وإدارة الوقت بفاعلية أكبر لدعم تطبيق القيادة الشبكية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to determine the extent of availability of the components of networked leadership in the practices of educational supervisors at the Naour District Education Directorate in Jordan. The study adopted a descriptive survey methodology. To collect data from the study sample, a scale consisting of 45 items was designed, distributed across the dimensions of networked leadership components, namely: network leader capabilities, standards for applying networked leadership, and organizational culture supporting networked leadership. The study sample comprised 193 teachers, selected using a convenience sampling method. The results indicated that the participants’ assessments of the extent of availability of the networked leadership components in the practices of educational supervisors were high. Furthermore, the results showed no statistically significant differences in the mean scores of participants’ assessments attributable to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of service. The study recommended that educational supervisors enhance their skills in using technology and managing time more effectively to support the application of networked leadership.
