The researchers used the descriptive approach in building the measure. The sample of the structure consisted of (400) male and female students, with (206) males and (194) females from fifth grade middle school students specializing in (scientific). The dimensions of the scale were determined according to "Luthans Theory", and after constructing the scale’s items, it was presented to a group of experts, and its psychometric properties were extracted (validity of all types, and reliability).
