A1 خلف، أحمد قاسم AB يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة الإرتباطية بين الضغوط النفسية للعمل والإستمتاع بالحياة وهذا وقد قام الباحث ببناء مقياس الضغوط النفسية للعمل يتكون من (25) فقرة، وتبني مقياس الإستمتاع بالحياة (شبيل، 2021) يتكون من (42) فقرة وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياسين تم تطبيقهما على عينة التحليل الإحصائي البالغة (400) استاذا، في حين بلغت عينة التطبيق النهائي(200) استاذا، وبعد جمع المعلومات وتحليلها إحصائيا بإستعمال الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (Spss) توصل الباحث إلى وجود علاقة إرتباطية بين الضغوط النفسية للعمل والإستمتاع بالحياة لدى اساتذة الجامعة. The researcher developed a work-related stress scale consisting of (25) items and adopted the Life Enjoyment Scale (Scheier, 2021), which comprises (42) items. After verifying the psychometric properties of both scales, they were administered to a statistical analysis sample of (400) university professors, while the final application sample consisted of (200) professors. Following data collection and statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the findings revealed a significant correlational relationship between work-related stress and life enjoyment among university professors.
