A1 الحسني، أشواق محمد حسين A2 الشقيفي، هادي أحمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة توافر إدارة المواهب المدرسية، ودرجة الانتماء المدرسي مع الكشف عن العلاقة بينهما من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس بمحافظة القنفذة. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تم توزيع استبانة تكونت من (27) مفردة على عينة بلغت (190) فردا من مديري ومديرات المدارس بمحافظة القنفذة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن إدارة المواهب المدرسية تتوفر بدرجة متوسطة بشكل عام في مدارس محافظة القنفذة؛ كما أن مستوى الانتماء المدرسي متحقق بدرجة عالية بشكل عام في مدارس محافظة القنفذة، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة عند مستوى (0.05)، مما يوضح أنه بارتفاع مستوى الانتماء المدرسي لدى العاملين بمدارس محافظة القنفذة، يرتفع مستوى إدارة المواهب المدرسية. وقدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of school talent management and the degree of school belonging, revealing the relationship between them from the point of view of school principals in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate. The study adopted the descriptive survey approach, where a questionnaire consisting of (27) items was distributed to a sample of (190) male and female school principals in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate. The study reached the following results: School talent management is generally available at an average level in schools in AlQunfudhah Governorate; the level of school belonging is generally achieved at a high level in schools in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate, in addition to the existence of a positive correlation significant at the level (0.05), which shows that with the increase in the level of school belonging among employees in schools in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate, the level of school talent management increases. The study presented several recommendations and suggestions.
