A1 الرحيمي، ميرفت سعد A2 العريفي، نورة سعد AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى معرفة المدربين بمبادئ الأندراغوجيا (الفلسفة الإنسانية في تعليم الكبار)، والتحديات التي تواجههم في تطبيقها، بالإضافة إلى استقصاء المقترحات التي تسهم في تعزيز تطبيقها داخل مراكز التدريب، وذلك من وجهة نظر المدربين في مدينتي جدة والرياض. كما سعى البحث إلى الكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في استجابات أفراد العينة تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس، المدينة، المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريبية. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، باستخدام استبانة مكونة من (27) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، طُبقت على عينة مكونة من (101) مدرب ومدربة. أظهرت النتائج أن معرفة المدربين بمبادئ الأندراغوجيا جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جدًا، في حين كانت التحديات متوسطة، أما المقترحات التطويرية فجاءت بدرجة كبيرة. كما كشفت النتائج عن فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المعرفة تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي والخبرة التدريبية، لصالح المدربين الحاصلين على دراسات عليا وذوي الخبرة التي تزيد عن 6 سنوات، فيما لم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائيًا في التحديات أو المقترحات التي تسهم في تعزيز تطبيقها داخل مراكز التدريب تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي والخبرة التدريبية، إلى جانب ذلك لم تظهر النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى معرفة المدربين بمبادئ الأندراغوجيا في التدريب والتحديات والمقترحات التي تسهم في تعزيز تطبيقها داخل مراكز التدريب تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمدينة. وقدّم البحث عددًا من التوصيات، من أبرزها: تعزيز التوعية بمبادئ الأندراغوجيا لدى المدربين، ودمجها ضمن معايير الرخصة المهنية، وتصميم أدلة تدريبية إرشادية وطنية، إلى جانب عقد برامج تدريبية وورش عمل موجهة خاصة للمدربين ذوي المؤهلات والخبرات الأقل. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aimed to identify the level of trainers' knowledge of the principles of andragogy (the humanistic philosophy in adult education), and the challenges they face in applying it, in addition to investigating proposals that contribute to enhancing its application within training centers, from the perspective of trainers in the cities of Jeddah and Riyadh. The research also sought to reveal statistically significant differences in the responses of sample members according to the variables of gender, city, educational qualification, and training experience. The research relied on the descriptive survey approach, using a questionnaire consisting of (27) paragraphs distributed over three axes, applied to a sample consisting of (101) male and female trainers. The results showed that the trainers' knowledge of the principles of andragogy was very high, while the challenges were average, and the development proposals were high. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge attributed to the variables of academic qualification and training experience, in favor of trainers with postgraduate studies and more than 6 years of experience. However, no statistically significant differences were found in the challenges or suggestions that contribute to enhancing its application within training centers attributed to the variables of academic qualification and training experience. Furthermore, the results did not reveal statistically significant differences in the level of trainers' knowledge of the principles of andragogy in training, nor the challenges and suggestions that contribute to enhancing its application within training centers attributed to the variables of gender and city. The research presented a number of recommendations, most notably: enhancing awareness of the principles of andragogy among trainers, integrating them into professional licensing standards, designing national training guides, and holding training programs and workshops specifically targeted at trainers with less qualifications and experience.
