A1 الشهراني، محمد مفرح محمد AB هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على التعرف على مخرجات الطلاب التعليمية المتأثرة بطرق التدريس التي تدعمها أدوار الإدارة المدرسية الممكنة، وتحديد التحديات المرتبطة بذلك الدعم، وسبل علاج تلك التحديات. وقد قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج النوعي بتحليل المحتوى، وتمثلت أداة البحث في تطوير نظام )مقياس( يقوم التحليل على أساسه من خلال إجراءات الترميز والتحليل ؛ تم تطبيق التحليل على عشر دراسات علمية التي تناولت دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحسين مخرجات الطلاب التعليمية من عام (2018-2024). وقد بينت النتائج ما يلي: مخرجات الطلاب التعليمية المتأثرة بطرق التدريس التي تدعمها أدوار الإدارة المدرسية الممكنة جاء المخرج العرفي والوجداني الأكثر تناول في الدارسات السابقة، يليهما المخرج التعليمي المهاري الذي تم تناوله بشكل أقل من سابقيه. وجميع تلك الدراسات أوجدت تحديات مرتبطة بدعم الإدارة المدرسية الممكنة لطرق التدريس المحسنة المخرجات الطلاب التعليمية، وبينت سبل لمعالجتها، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالاستفادة من سبل العلاج التي وضحتها الدراسات المتناولة بالبحث التحديات المرتبطة بدعم الإدارة المدرسية الممكنة لطرق التدريس لكون ذلك يسهم في تحسين طرق التدريس لمخرجات الطلاب التعليمية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of this research was to identify the student learning outcomes affected by teaching methods supported by the roles of possible school administration, to determine the challenges associated with that support, and to propose ways to address these challenges. The researcher used a qualitative content analysis method, with the research tool involving the development of a system (measure) upon which the analysis was based through coding and analysis procedures. The analysis was applied to ten scientific studies that addressed the role of school administration in improving student learning outcomes from 2018 to 2024. The results indicated the following: 1) The student learning outcomes affected by teaching methods supported by the roles of possible school administration were most frequently cognitive and affective outcomes, followed by skill-based learning outcomes, which were discussed less frequently. 2) All these studies identified challenges associated with supporting possible school administration for improved teaching methods and suggested ways to address these challenges. In light of these results, the study recommended utilizing the solutions outlined in the studies analyzed to address the challenges associated with supporting possible school administration for teaching methods, as this contributes to improving teaching methods for student learning outcomes.
