A1 الرشود، البندري سعود A2 العتيبي، ريم عقاب AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرُّف على متطلبات تفعيل الممارسات الإشرافية لدى مشرفات التعليم العام في ضوء التحول الرقمي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهجَ الوصفي المسحي، واعتُمدت (الاستبانة) كأداة للدراسة في جَمْعِ المعلومات من مجتمع الدراسة المكوَّن من مشرفات التعليم العام في المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة الرياض، وبلغ حجم عيِّنة الدراسة (127). ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة ما يلي: مشرفات التعليم العام في المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض موافقات بدرجة (عالية) على متطلبات تفعيل الممارسات الإشرافية بمتوسط حسابي (4.04)، حيث جاءت المتطلبات الاشرافية التقنية بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي عام (4.10)، يليها المتطلبات الإشرافية البشرية بالمرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي عام (4.06)، وتأتي المتطلبات التنظيمية بالمرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي عام (4.05)، وبالمرتبة الرابعة المتطلبات المادية بمتوسط حسابي عام (3.96). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive survey method, and adopted (the questionnaire) as a tool for the study in collecting information and data from the study population consisting of general education supervisors at the primary level in the city of Riyadh. The sample size of the study was (127), and among the most prominent results that the study reached were: follows: General education supervisors at the primary stage in the city of Riyadh agreed with a high degree on the requirements for activating supervisory practices with a arithmetical average of (4.04), where the technical requirements came in first place with a general arithmetical average of (4.10), followed by human requirements in second place with a general arithmetical average of (4.06). Organizational requirements come in third place with a general arithmetical average of (4.05), and physical requirements come in fourth place with a general arithmetical average of (3.96).
