A1 أبو شرخ، نادر حامد A2 أبو شرخ، مي محمد AB تستعرض هذه الدراسة التأثيرات الهيكلية والمعرفية الناتجة عن الحرب الإسرائيلية المستمرة (2023-2024) على التعليم الجامعي في قطاع غزة، مع التركيز على الأبعاد الاستراتيجية والتربوية في سياق الانقطاعات المستمرة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم جمع البيانات من 311 طالبا وطالبة من عدة جامعات فلسطينية، بالإضافة إلى مقابلات مع أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية. كشفت الدراسة عن تأثيرات سلبية كبيرة على الأداء الأكاديمي للطلاب، بما في ذلك تدني التحصيل المعرفي وتوقف المسيرة التعليمية بشكل مؤقت. كما أظهرت النتائج آثارًا نفسية واضحة على الطلاب، مثل انخفاض الدافعية، قلة المثابرة، والحد من الإبداع والطموح الأكاديمي. إلى جانب ذلك، تبين وجود تحديات مرتبطة بمكان الدراسة غير الملائم، صعوبة الوصول إلى الإنترنت والكهرباء، بالإضافة إلى نقص المراجع العلمية. أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني، تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتوفير دعم نفسي واجتماعي للطلاب للتعامل مع آثار الحرب، فضلا عن ضرورة إنشاء شبكة أمان دولية لدعم إعادة بناء النظام الأكاديمي في مرحلة ما بعد الحرب. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study examines the structural and cognitive impacts of the ongoing Israeli war (2023-2024) on university education in Gaza, focusing on strategic and educational dimensions amid continuous disruptions. The study utilized a descriptive-analytical approach, gathering data from 311 students across several Palestinian universities, as well as interviews with academic staff members. The findings revealed significant negative impacts on students' academic performance, including a decline in academic achievement and temporary interruptions to the educational process. Psychological effects were also evident, such as reduced motivation, perseverance, and a limitation in creativity and academic ambition. Furthermore, challenges such as inadequate study environments, difficulties in accessing the internet and electricity, and a shortage of academic references were highlighted. The study recommends enhancing the use of e-learning, improving digital infrastructure, providing psychological and social support for students to cope with the effects of the war, and establishing an international safety net to support the rebuilding of the academic system in the post-war period.
