A1 الصقرية، رابعة محمد AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي معوقات تطبيق التعليم المدمج في ظل جائحة كورونا والحلول المقترحة من وجهة نظر معلمي مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي بسلطنة عمان. باستخدام المنهج النوعي تم إجراء مقابلات جمعية عن بُعد مع مجموعات بؤرية مكونة من 20 معلما ومعلمة. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود معوقات في اربعة جوانب وهي: التكنولوجية ثم التربوية ثم المادية ثم البشرية؛ حيث كانت أبرز المعوقات: ضعف شبكات الانترنت، وعدم تغطيتها لبعض الأماكن، وعدم امتلاك الجميع حواسيب خاصة بهم، ونقص الدعم الفني عند الحاجة إليه، وعدم قناعة بعض المعلمين بالتعليم المدمج، وعدم امتلاك المهارات اللازمة لتطبيقه. كما اشارت النتائج إلى تقديم أفراد العينة مجموعة من الحلول من أبرزها: تقوية شبكة الانترنت، وتوفير حواسيب بأسعار مدعومة، ونشر الوعي بأهمية التعليم المدمج. في ضوء هذه النتائج خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aims at investigating the Obstacles to the application of blended learning in schools of post-basic education and proposed solutions in light of the Corona crisis from the point of view of teachers in the Sultanate of Oman. Using the qualitative approach, remote group interviews were conducted with focus groups of 20 male and female teachers. The results indicated that there are obstacles in four aspects, namely: technological factors and then educational and physical and then human. The most prominent obstacles were: weak internet networks, not covering some places, not everyone owning their own computers, lack of technical support when needed, some teachers not being satisfied with blended education, and not having the skills to apply it. The results also indicated that the sample members provided a set of solutions, most notably: strengthening the Internet, providing computers at subsidized prices, and spreading awareness of the importance of blended education. In light of these results, the study came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
