A1 العساف، رائدة يوسف جمعة AB The study aimed to reveal the challenges of implementing new educational curricula in the basic stage in the capital, Amman, from the point of view of teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from a random sample consisting of (276) male and female teachers in the basic stage of the Marka District in the capital. Oman, they were selected through stratified random sampling. The results showed that the challenges of implementing the new educational curricula in the basic stage in the capital, Amman, from the point of view of teachers, were at an average level. They also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the respondents’ estimates of the challenges of implementing the new curricula in the basic stage due to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of experience. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is holding training programs to develop the skills of teachers and students to deal with the new educational curricula and their applications.
