A1 أحمد، هند خالد ذيب الحاج A2 عويدات، عبد الله أحمد AB This study aimed to identify the role of the Queen Rania Al-Abdullah Award for Educational Excellence in developing the job performance of teachers as seen by educational leaders in Jordan. The study used the descriptive analytical approach. (840) supervisors and principals, the study sample was determined using the available sample, which amounted to (270) supervisors and principals, and the results of the study showed that the mean of the role of the Queen Rania Abdullah Award for Educational Excellence in developing the job performance of teachers as seen by the educational leaders in Jordan as a whole is (4.42) and the level is (4.42) High, as the field of "Evaluation" ranked first with the highest arithmetic average of (4.44), followed by the field of "Ability to Take Responsibility" with an average of (4.43), while the field of "Teamwork" came in the last rank with an average of (4.39). And there is no apparent variation in means and standard deviations of the role of the Queen Rania Al-Abdullah Award for Excellence in developing job performance from the point of view of school principals according to the variable of gender, years of experience, and the number of courses attended. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Expanding the application of the Queen Rania Award to other categories of school workers, such as principals, supervisors, and students in the private sector, given its role in improving the job performance of teachers.
