A1 مقدادي، كريمان يوسف محمد AB The study aimed to investigate the degree of practice of government school female principals for toxic leadership and its relationship with organizational cynicism from the perspective of female teachers in the Education Directorate of Al-Koura District in the Irbid Governorate. The study sample consisted of (227) female teachers. The descriptive correlational approach was employed using a questionnaire composed of two parts: the first part included toxic leadership، and the second part included organizational cynicism. Validity and reliability were established for both parts of the questionnaire. The results indicated that the application of toxic leadership was moderate in all areas of the tool. Additionally، the results related to organizational cynicism showed that all items were also of moderate degree. There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=1415) attributed to the effect of educational qualification and years of experience on the level of practicing toxic leadership، and no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=1415) attributed to the effect of educational qualification and years of experience on the level of practicing organizational cynicism. The study also revealed a correlational relationship between the degree of practicing toxic leadership and organizational cynicism. The study recommended several recommendations، including the necessity of combating negative practices and behaviors issued by government school principals through oversight and administrative accountability.
