A1 الزيوت، فيصل علي AB This study aimed to reveal the challenges of implementing inclusive education programs in the first phase of the ten-year strategy from the point of view of the work team in inclusive schools at the Ministry of Education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The study population consisted of (30) schools from Amman, Karak, and Ajloun, and the number of individual studies which was (1350). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire of (56) items were developed after extracting appropriate indications of validity and reliability for it. The data was collected and the statistical package for social sciences SPSS was used to analyze the data and conduct the appropriate statistical analysis. Where the results of the study showed that the challenges of implementing inclusive education programs in the first phase of the ten-year strategy were (moderate) on the scale as a whole, and on all fields, and in the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the need to overcome all challenges and recommendations of the study to obtain an inclusive education that preserves the rights of people with disabilities and their families.
