A1 العساف، خولة بنت صالح بن حمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن انعكاسات فلسفة الجامعة المتجددة على جودة الأداء التدريسي، والبحث العلمي، وخدمة المجتمع في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية بجامعة الامام، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج المختلط-التفسيري المتتابع. واستخدمت الباحثة في المرحلة الكمية المنهج الوصفي المسحي والاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات، وشارك في الدراسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية بجامعة الإمام، والبالغ عددهم (198) عضو هيئة تدريس. أما المرحلة النوعية استخدمت الباحثة مقابلة فردية شبه مٌنظّمة لتفسير النتائج التي ظهرت في المرحلة الكمية الأولى. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية بجامعة الامام يرون تحقق إجمالي انعكاسات فلسفة الجامعة المتجددة على الجودة في الجامعات السعودية بدرجة (عالية جدًا)، وأن مبدأ (المرونة) جاءت في الترتيب الأول بين بقية المبادئ في مستوى انعكاسه على جودة الجامعات السعودية، ويليه في الترتيب مبدأ (المشاركة) ثم مبدأ (الشفافية). وقد قدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات يؤمل أن تُسهم في تطوير الجامعات السعودية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to reveal the implications of the university's renewable philosophy on the quality of Saudi universities' performance of their main functions from the perspective of faculty members at the College of Education at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. To accomplish this, the mixed-interpretive-sequential approach was used. In the quantitative stage, the descriptive survey method was used, by distributing a questionnaire to the faculty members of the College of Education at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, who numbered (198). As for the qualitative stage, a semi-structured individual interview was used to interpret the results that appeared in the first quantitative stage. The study reached the following results: The study respondents agreed that there is a positive impact of the university's renewable philosophy on the quality of Saudi universities' performance of their main functions with a (very high) degree. And that the principle of (flexibility) came in the first place among the rest of the principles in terms of its reflection on the quality of Saudi universities, followed by the principle of (participation) and then the principle of (transparency). The study presented a number of recommendations that it is hoped will contribute to the development of Saudi universities.
