A1 الحسبان، بسمة خلف عيادة AB The study aimed at identifying the degree of school principles’ emotional intelligence at directorate of education for the first Zarqa region and identifying the degree of their administrative creativity from their teachers’ point of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach. A questionnaire was used to collect data the study sample consisted of (171) female and male teachers at first Zarqa education directorate during the school year 2022-2023. The results of this study showed that the degree of secondary school principles’ emotional intelligence at directorate of education at first Zarqa region was moderate, and the degree of administrative creativity was moderate for the dimensions of fluency, originality and flexibility.
