A1 الوريكات، أماني إبراهيم قاسم A2 غانم، بسام عمر AB This study aimed to identify the contribution of postgraduate programs at Amman Arab University in Jordan to the development of professional performance from the perspective of graduates. They constituted (49%) of the study population, which consisted of (698) graduates during the academic years (2021-2022) and (2022-2023). The sample was selected using the available method. The results of the study showed that the contribution of postgraduate programs at Amman Arab University in the development of professional performance from the perspective of graduates was high, with an arithmetic mean (3.92) and a standard deviation of (0.677), with statistically significant differences at the level (α=0.05) due to There are statistically significant differences at the level (α=0.05) due to the gender variable and in favor of females, while the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level (α=0.05) due to the college variable. In light of the results reached, the researcher recommended focusing on improving students' learning in foreign languages, and holding courses in writing their CVs in line with the requirements of the labor market.
