A1 الشكرة، ثلاب بن عبد الله AB The study aimed to identify the role of voluntary work in developing the values of citizenship among students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University from the point of view of faculty members, and to identify its most important obstacles, and to determine the activation of the role of voluntary work in developing the values of citizenship among students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University from the point of view of the faculty members looked at it, and used the descriptive survey method by relying on the questionnaire as a study tool, which was applied to a sample of (278) faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University. The study reached a set of results, including: The reality of the role of voluntary work in Developing the values of citizenship among students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University from the point of view of faculty members came with an agreement degree, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample members about their views on the role of voluntary work in developing the values of citizenship among students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University Attributable to the variable (academic rank, type of college, and number of years of experience), and in light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need for university deanships to work on encouraging and developing a culture of volunteering among students. He urged university officials to pay attention to spreading the culture of volunteer work among students, and to activate the role of faculty members in educating students about the importance of volunteer work in developing the values of citizenship.
